i joined the Y. i am now kicking ass swimming. the improvement isnt that bad. i started out doing one length and feeling like crap. yesterday i did a lap and a half. i do 50’s for most of the work out and starting next week ill try and throw some 75’s in. its nice getting out of the house in the evening and seeing people at the Y. there’s Jon the triathalete, Sammy the hippie chick that goes to school at COA. and Caroline, the attractive front desk girl that checks me in.

This day was rough. Misqouitos like hell. worse then any maine bug. it was insane. but this hotel cost me 30 bucks. worth the night inside. i had some great food at the bar, which doubled ass the reception desk for the hotel.

other notes. doing fine here. work is good. i joined the YMCA and struggle every night to get atleast 12 laps in at the pool. harder than any 100 mile day on a bike. it blows my mind.

Niagara Falls. the canadian side. very good times. i like my bike shot on this one. i think the bike fell over. the previous night was spent at a KOA. i hated KOA for the price and how they treated tenters. i think i slept on a leach field with crap coming out. i dont think i stayed at another after that experience. i like my reflectors on the bags. how cool

So. the day before this was taken i was totally friggin beat. this shot was actually taken early in the monring the following day. some girl took it. the “lady in the glass” sign is on the original building. thanks to some old farts. some committee . they are trying to raise funds to get the neon to work. the bar no longer exists but they have good pizza. i tried to get a t shirt but the teenagers behind the counterdidnt know who to contact. from what i remember i started to feel better after this day. i stayed in a cool city park the next night then i started to see changes in the landscape. i hated Montana. i have told everyone this. westernmontana was cool. but i was so pissed off at Montana for sucking balls that i consider the whole state crap. they need to establish new boarders so montana can officially suck. its hard to say that with the coolness of Glacier.

Now that im back

I have my old job back. working with Goodie, well, its good. what can i say. i thank Leslie Welts and Molly Ellwood for talking with me throughout my trip. these are two good friends of mine. i will never see them again. molly is dating losers in SC and Leslie is starting her own tulip business down in Mexico. hahah. just kidding. but i am home and things are good. i am in the process of buying a new car. my old car doesnt start i have no idea what im going to do with it. i was thinking about selling all the individual parts on Ebay.
